Komal Oli is a popular Media Personality and Singer.
She was born on 16 April in Dang, Nepal. She is the daughter of Lalit and Deepa Oli.
She spent her child age days in Dang with her siblings. For her Life is all about struggle and managing time properly. She was interested in music since childhood. Interested in music she participated in school programme.

She started her basic education at one of the local schools of Dang called Mahendra Madhyamik Vidhyalaya and completed SLC from same school. for further education she joined at Mahendra Bahumukhi Campus, completed +2 level and again for bachelor level she joined at Tribhuvan University with majors in Politics.
She also participated in ‘National Folk Songs Competition’ organized by Radio Nepal in 2046 BS and bag the second position in. Till the date she didn’t get married.
She have been in the Music industry of Nepal for more than 10 years
In the same year she got opportunity of Music Nepal for an album called ‘Raptiko Jharana’ of her. Some of her albums are ‘Bajho Kethma’, ‘Malmal Kiri Junkiri’, ‘Charichuchey Cha’, ‘Maya Basyo Jiri Bazaarma’, ‘Bihey Bha Chaina’ and ‘Poilo Jana Pam’. She have never taken any classes/traning in music.
She have also been awarded with Narayan Gopal Yuba Sangeet Puraskar, Gorkha Dakshin Bahu, Trishakti Patta and Rastriya Prathibha Puraskar. I am also the five time recipients of gold medals at the National Lok Dohori competition hosted by Radio Nepal starting from 2041 BS until 2046 BS.
Apart from music industry, she is also a media person. In 2049 BS, Radio Nepal had opened up a vacancy at their station at the time she chosen as a newsreader.
She read the first news on Baisakh 6, 2050 BS at 5 pm She was also employed at Nepal Television as a newsreader. She present a show called ‘Ukali Orali Bhanjyang Chautari’ at Kantipur Television.
She have also been to Japan, Europe, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada and Australia among others for the programme.
